In order to deal with the big data challenges and make full use of the data resources of the system, the data platform of Gansu China Mobile Company was constructed. The platform is based on big data technology with the functions such as to build customer label, traffic operations, stock ownership, terminal sales and channel coordination, analysis of signaling networks, LTE base station assisted location application, forging based on the operation of the Internet, supporting capacity. Smooth evolution of the TD-LTE was TD-SCDMA to 4G. With the third generation mobile communication system using code divided multi LTE system can be used spatial multiplexing scheme and transmit multiple data streams to achieve a high data rate. Base station planning is refers to the consideration of short term and long term business development needs, determine the goal of network construction, and in order to achieve the goals need to the number of base stations, the corresponding position and configuration.In the face of a company to cut down the efficiency of the principle, network planning and design to improve network capacity under the limited resources to meet the needs of future development. You can use less as far as possible the construction cost to achieve the highest possible quality of the network through the scientific and reasonable network planning.The traditional base station planning is only from the network coverage of the maximum enhancement of the base station coverage, without considering the benefits of base station coverage after users. In this thesis, using Gansu mobile big data platform, for TD-LTE base station planning, through the analysis of network performance, user communication behavior, Internet users log, the user’s motion trajectory data, the network performance and user value combined LTE base station assisted planning and site selection branch support algorithm.
