| With the arrival of the era of big data and cloud computing, the telecom operators who serve as the basical information service providers would have great natural advantage on developing cloud computing,telecom environment is data exchange center and the focal point of the data. The distances between data and its storage is shorter here, this can greatly reduce the distance of data transmission. At the same time, users are enjoying the provided cloud services through the network, and deployment of the network speed and quality of service are vested in the hands of carriers, which will also decide the core strengths of telecom operators in the development of cloud computing. Relying on cloud computing, telecommunications companies can take this chance to force, external cloud computing to build new business models on the basis of resource platform, provide a common IT services, improve the efficiency of traditional telecom economy, meet the cloud service needs of different users.This thesis discusses related theories about cloud computing, introduces the key technology of cloud computing platform and the two key technologies(the distributed file system HDFS and MapReduce parallel programming model) of Hadoop. The question about how to design an open cloud computing platform, and the methods to open the telecommunications data on this platform are also discussed. Then, this thesis presents the overall framework of the open cloud computing platform, including hierarchical design, interface design, business design, telecommunications open source design, distributed platform management design. This provide usual users a new and effective application model to use the telecommunication resources and telecom cloud platform. Finally, a simulation platform for test is build. WEB technologies are also involved to develop this cloud computing system, this thesis designs and partially implements an open telecom computing platform based on Hadoop. This proves that the the design in this thesis is effective. |
