With the rapid development of wireless mobile networks and the increasing number of users, the use of existing spectrum resources have become too much frequent. So, how to further improve the spectrum utilization of resources has became the key issue in the next generation of mobile communications research. Cooperative communication technology and cognitive radio technology are considered to be the best solution to this problem.Currently, many research projects are proposed based on game theory to dynamically adjust the primary user policy. In these studies, the primary users and the cognitive users in the system is divided into two blocks. And cognitive users in the authorization can directly access the main base. However, since the vast majority of mobile terminals belonging to a fixed operator, so the above system model can not be applied in real life. And because of the huge number of mobile terminals, direct application of game theory spectrum allocation will consume too much system resources. This paper presents a cooperative transmission solution based on channel pre-selected and pricing game. this solution combines the technology of collaborative communication and cognitive radio. By forwarding the signal between the terminals, to achieve a full-band access to the mobile terminal, so as to solve the user’s problem in actual communication access. In addition, this approach reducing the consumption of resources by screening cooperating nodes early. Then the paper proposes a game theory-based spectrum allocation algorithm(GSA) and an evolutionary game theory-based spectrum allocation algorithm(EGSA).Finally, this paper verifies the correctness of the algorithm, analyze how the primary users’ price adjustment rate effect the equilibrium and spectrum utilization efficiency, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of both GSA and EGSA.
