Design And Implementation Of Domitory Management System Based On.NET Technology

Xinjiang university of finance & economics has more than 2,0000 teachers and students, university has three districts and more than 20 dormitory buildings which connects campus network. On the way of manage dormitory it uses manual management method. Pure manual management has a serials of problems of low efficiency, incomplete data storage, high data default etc. In order to improve this backward management status, the dissertation uses existing campus network to develop a student dormitory building management system. It can make management persons utilize system to obtain information and service about dormitory.In the process of system development, the dissertation select SQL Server 2008 enterprise version as background database. This database management system has complete functions and high efficiency advertisements. System use.NET frame, the program development language is C#, it has characteristics of cross-platform, easy to learn, object-oriented etc. In addition, in the processof design the system follows the design thinkiing of high efficiency, simple, convenient and quick operation, easy maintenance and easy extension. According the actual needs of users the dissertation completes the detailed requirement analysis. It analyzes the business flow of system. It uses the UML modeling tool of the use case diagram and collaboration diagram complete system requirement analysis. It analyzes the functional requirement, role requirement and non-functional requirement. It completes the system design. The system is designed B/S three-tier architecture.The function of whole system was divided into system management, data dictionary, accommodate person management, goods management, dormitory management, accommodation management, sanitation appraise management and query statistics reports modules. The dissertation analyzes and designs every function module. It completes database design, constructs system database E-R model and system database. The dissertation expounds the main database table structure. The dissertation expounds system implementation. From system running and development environment, database connection and the implementation of every function module three aspects describe the implementation of system. The dissertation completes system testing. It designs system function test use case, completes system function testing and performance testing. The results of testing shows each function of system is correct and the system meets user’s requirements.After the system was run successfully, it effectively improves dormitory management work and promote the work develop towards informatization, standardization and highly effectively. In the long run, the system has good compatibility and expansibility. So it benefits system upgrade and reduces the cost of maintenance system.
