With the continuous development of laser technology, especially laser has wide application in the field of distance measurement, and atmospheric environmental monitoring, etc. the laser technology is more and more aroused people’s attention. This thesis describes a kind of 3 d imaging system based on SensL’s Array4p9 detector and FPGA to complete the distance information receiving, collection and storage, achieve the distance and intensity image of the target object. This paper mainly includes the following parts:The first part mainly on the principle of 3 D laser imaging technology, and development situation at home and abroad. By analyzing the existing imaging system, this thesis is put forward the overall design of this system structure and the advantages of this system relative to other systems and meaning. The second part mainly introduces overall scheme of the laser imaging system introduces. Through the performance indexes of the system parameters, and depict the overall process of the entire electronics design and structure. The third part is mainly the hardware design of this system are introduced in details. On the whole, this thesis grasps the working process and control of the whole system, and for electronics design and the interface design between modules for each hardware module (including pulse trigger module, DA output module, etc). The fourth part is the focus of this thesis, mainly expounds the logic design of FPGA in the system and related Nios Ⅱ soft core design. Through the logic design of FPGA, the system can complete data collection, storage, etc, and use the Nios Ⅱ for sequential control and data communication as a whole. The fifth part is a test of the system and function implementation. Respectively introduces the test of the various modules, and application effect of the system.
