Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Information Management Systems R&D

With the development of the society and the widespread use of the computers, the company information system has made great progress. Paperless operation is now common in the world; different types of information systems are applied to all the walks, which accelerate the speed of corporate operations, decrease the costs of human resource, and provide great convenience for the long data storage and fast information index. Meanwhile, the companies need a kind of system which is user-friendly and suitable for their own conditions. Though there has been a popular system with relatively full functions in the market, it still lacks of the features of individuation and localization, particularly in the high-tech companies where the data storage keeps permanent and information updates frequently, and it pushes the companies to use their own information system.The information management system of corporate development and design in this paper is mainly based on the design requirements, providing a quicker and more efficient way for company informationization, also improving the staff working efficiency and convenience. This program is developed on the basis of C/S Structure, adopting Visual Studio 2008 and language C# and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as background database for a local customized system. In the system, it realizes the company figure number management, the order management, and the functions of design adjustment and ERP system data research. The software structure, design programming, and design test are the main workloads. The key point is the data collection for each department in the early period and the tests used in the later.Through the cooperation of the design, the production and other related departments, this information system is improved, and now it runs well in the company, gives strong supports for corporate regular operations, and saves the operation costs and becomes convenient to the staff. Moreover, it also ensures the data accuracy and permanent data storage, and the staff can now search the required information in time.
