With the rapid development of multimedia techniques, the demand of reliable, real-time and fast communication service is become more and more urgen in modern information wars and aviation Ad hoc network fields. So, ultra high speed wideband mobile communication, as the key technique in above fields, becomes the research hotspot in recent years. However, in ultra high speed mobile communication scene, because of the fast moving of communication terminals, the fast changing of channel and carrier frequency offset caused by Doppler shift are the big challenge to frequency offset estimation, channel estimation and system design.Frequency offset estimation and channel estimaton are the key techniques of communication system. This thesis focus on them and reserches the classical frequency offset estimation and channel estimation methods, the main works and achievements are as follows:1. Serveral classical frequency offset estimation techniques are introduced and simulated by Matlab. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques are analyzed. One of them is chosen to be the frequency offset estimation techniques of ultra high speed communication system. Moreover, a frequency offset elimination modulation technique is proposed by this thesis.2. Pilot symbol assisted channel estimation techniques are illustrated and simulated in details, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed. Aimed to the problem that the pilots occupied too much bandwidth, this thesis proposes a superimposed data and pilot channel estimation technique. The simulation experiments state that the actual transmission rate is improved under the precondition of real-time and performance.3. Finally, considering the ultra high speed mobile communication scheme, the channel model is built firstly. The system parameters are given according to the channel model, and combination to the proper frequency offset estimation and channel estimation techniques, this thesis designs a wideband communication system which is suitable to ultra high speed mobile scene.
