In the new generation of mobile communication technology, OFDM has become the key technology. OFDM is a multi-carrier transmission technology, which uses the orthogonal between carriers to prevent the interference between each other. It can fully take use of the bandwidth with high speed of data transmission, and at the same time it can also reduce interference from frequency selective fading of signal. This paper aims at the key technology of OFDM system in mobile environment, namely frequency offset estimation and synchronization.In the3rd chapter, proposed an improved algorithm of pilot aided algorithm. The way to improve the algorithm is to introduce iterative mechanism. When the offset of frequency is calculated and repaired, we calculated and repair the repaired data again until the offset of frequency can be weak to ignore. In this improvement, we need not modify the total system but the way we calculate the offset of frequency. This algorithm is proved to have better performance.In the4th chapter, another algorithm is proposed, which is based on S&C algorithm. In this algorithm we interval insert0before IDFT, which means after IDFT the symbol structure is the same as training symbol as S&C algorithm. Thus, we can calculate every data symbol with itself. This algorithm is more real-time and accurately than S&C algorithm especially in high speed environment, which is proved in the simulation in chapter4.The two proposed algorithms have been published on Conferences. And they were all indexed by EI.
