Either high speed railway or civil aviation, as well as military air-air ad-hoc network, are not able to be supported by traditional land mobile communication techniques with low moving velocity or narrowband communication with high velocity. Researches on mobile air-air broadband mobile communication technology are of vital significance.1. Analyzing the theory of channel modeling and classical OFDM system framework, I pay attention to researching on system design and key technique of physical layer in special scenario.2. Summarizing main methods of frequency offsets estimation and channel impulse estimation, then I propose the improved method with better real-time performance, lower complexity. The method can be used as coarse estimation with large offset for ultra-high velocity communication. I also introduce classical OFDM system techniques and give the comparison of joint estimation of frequency offset and channel response.3. Propose the main parameters of OFDM system and structure of physical frame for ultra-high velocity communication system based on air-air channel modeling and classical OFDM techniques. Considering moving status of airborne terminal and frequency offset may be time-varying in ultra-high speed communication. I propose training-aided joint estimation algorithm for the data blocks. The computer simulation shows effectiveness of method in this paper.
