Wireless sensor network (WSN) is one of the most important technologies in the 21st century. It has very broad application prospects and research value in a wide range of fields, such as environment monitoring, scientific observation, smart home, structure monitoring and emergency monitoring, etc. With the improvement of physical and environmental conditions, the way of data processing and the conditions of wireless transmission, the structure of the sensor node size and cost have been optimized. Because of the wireless sensor network characteristics and sensor node has the feature of high deployment density, low reliability, limited server energy, computing power, server memory constraints, etc. more efficient method of the data forwarding and processing for different needs in different areas become popular in internet which have huge amount of data.For the data access technology as WSN, how to improve the related technologies about data access and data integration is very important as wireless node transmission range, processing and storage capacity and energy consumption are very limited. Routing optimization algorithm is a hot research topic in WSN. The WSN routing protocols are mainly used for various paths between network maintenance, and can ensure the jump transmission more reliable in different environment. The present WSN routing protocols support network topology awareness and node mobility poorly. Aiming at this problem, this paper studied how to balance various context factors, improve the reliability of data transmission in the dynamic network topology environment.With the development of wireless network, wireless sensor has spread to every aspect of people’s life. But due to the low efficiency of resource allocation, system often encountered problems such as spectrum scarcity, too much energy consumption, low service quality. In addition, WSN has the characteristics such as instability, which requires the transmission path selection algorithm is not only to have efficient compression performance, but also has the good affinity and strong fault tolerance, so that the wireless nodes in the network can more stable and more reliable to choose the next node. A transmission of routing prediction algorithm based on context awareness was put forward in this paper, which use the original context to obtain higher context information through filtering and context fusion. Then using multiple criteria decision analysis for different context information of evaluation and selection and the context data model is set up. Predict that transmission quality between two nodes using the prediction algorithm based on Kalman filtering. Eventually optimal transmission path was selected by Dijkstra algorithm, so that more reliable transmission can be insured. The simulation proves that the algorithm is effective.The innovation of this paper is a combination of context state path prediction algorithm was proposed, considering the topology changes and node mobility in WSN. The algorithm can select node transmission path based on the prediction of node state, also correct the parameters in time. The reliability of data transmission was improved effectively.
