Safety is crucial for social production, and is related to the healthy and stable development of the national economy. However, as companies continue to expand the production scale, the safety management of enterprises is behind schedule, and lack of awareness of production safety, underdeveloped infrastructure of production safety and other factors make companies happen accidents repeatedly, and the loss caused by the accidents are greater. With the development of information technology, intelligent inspection system is being paid more and more attention by all walks and life. Developing an intelligent inspection system that works for different industry to improve the inspection efficiency, improve the safety management level, improve the emergency disposal, is one of the hotspots in industry security research in recent years.This paper conducts research on the intelligent inspection system, and summarize the advantages of different intelligent inspection systems of various industries. This paper combines artificial intelligence, augmented reality, voice recognition, wireless location and other technologies, then designs and develops a dynamic monitoring and analysis system based on smart glasses that works for the petrochemical industry. This paper mainly works on architecture design, research on key techniques, and the realization of the dynamic monitoring and analysis system based on smart glasses.The principal contents and achievement of this dissertation are summarized as follows:(1) Software architecture design of the system:According to the functional description and performance requirements of the system, this paper divides the function module of the system and make a detailed design of each module. And then it proposes a software architecture design of the system, which consists of Presentation layer, business logic layer, core engine layer and data layer. It also makes a detail introduction of each layer.(2) Research on key techniques of the systemFirst, this Paper researches the key technologies of dynamic monitoring and analysis system based on smart glasses in three aspects. It expounds the necessity of seamless positioning in petrochemical plant, and analyses the shortcomings of GPS positioning, and does a further study on some chief methods of indoor location, and finally puts forward a seamless positioning method based on GPS and image recognition and UWB. Second, it describes the importance of the correct treatment of the occlusion between virtual objects and real objects, and puts forward an occlusion handling method based on transparent virtual bounding box via the further research and comparison on the method and achievement of occlusion treatment, and then develops an application examples to demonstrate the effectiveness of this technique. Third, this paper studies the distributed database, and designs a distributed database system for the data layer of the intelligent inspection system, and then makes a detailed design for each sub database.(3) System implementationThis paper chooses Google glass as platform, and achieves the development and integration of prototype of the dynamic monitoring and analysis system based on smart glasses, and also details features and operation of the prototype.The dynamic monitoring and analysis system based on smart glasses makes an organic combination of augmented reality technology, voice recognition technology, wireless location technology and other technologies. The system facilitates the inspection data acquisition, preservation and sharing via a digital way, and achieves data analysis, fault diagnosis, emergency plan and inspection systems management via a smart way, and realizes a visual display of data in an augmented reality way. This paper provides a complete solution for the design and implementation of intelligent inspection system for the petrochemical industry. To a certain extent, the dynamic monitoring and analysis system based on smart glasses improves the inspection efficiency, safety management level and emergency response level for petrochemical production safety, and plays a catalytic role in petrochemical production safety.
