The Internet technology, innovation and economic globalization is speeding up the Internet-based technology popularization and the development of e-commerce applications. The convenience of e-commerce transaction and the flexible forms of expression to businesses and individuals bring great benefits and convenience, and ultimately promote the progress of society, improving the efficiency of production and life. E-commerce is dramatically changing people’s production and the pattern of life, but also for the world’s economic and social progress has played a great role in promoting our behavior methods, and the ways of thinking is also being changed.Web Services is based on a unified standard, structured loosely coupled component technology. The advantages of this technology is unmatched by other conventional techniques. The emergence of Web Services technology led directly to the emergence of patterns of distributed e-commerce applications, but also for the construction of the system provides a new way.Through in-depth analysis of current technology, the use of distributed software architecture theory, we propose a dynamic based on Web Services framework for e-commerce systems, and gives a detailed design plan and examples analyzes the pattern of current e-commerce applications and architectures on the basis of using Web Services technology, and then designed a dynamic e-commerce based on Web Service multilayer framework model. In the security access control, service management mechanism, dynamic business integration and transaction processing mode, the detailed design of the framework are discussed, given the expansion of the SOAP message security pass protection mechanisms to state-dependent business rules, dynamic service integration compromise approach, and submitted in stages in the business process transaction control. The system realized UDDI center expansion, transaction processing, UDDI center expansion, security access control and other technical and functional aspects. Finally,the system designed by the research enterprise logistics management system in the practical application, indicating that the frame has a loosely coupled, flexible, easy to use, scalable, reusable, and other characteristics, to meet the dynamic needs of electronic commerce.Based on Web Service based dynamic framework for e-commerce model studies, the establishment of a more flexible, extensible system framework, which can solve today’s enterprise e-commerce system faced strong coupling, low flexibility characteristics improved dynamic B2 B e-commerce solutions feasibility and convenience.
