| In recent years, as information technology continues to develop, China’s power grid enterprises have completed the construction of professional information website systems. While the demand of accessing to the power grid enterprise information systems continues to increase, the interaction among various information systems is getting more complicated and closely. Old-fashion enterprise information management tools are no longer suitable for today’s development needs. On the basis of relying on information technology and in order to achieve world-class business development goals in the new competition, it is necessary to change the development strategies of enterprise information systems, and establish efficient, real-time integrated systems.Through the current enterprise site analysis, combined with domestic and international mainstream website system technologies, the key technologies and system architecture are identified and utilized. The project design and implementation of the system are organized in phases, which using object-oriented technology architecture, P13000 platform workflow engine operation and maintenance of information modeling workflows in Java for the development of language, SQL SERVER function as a back-end database system developed by JMS(Java message Service) call) KML file to achieve the integration with other systems, B/S three-tier implementation mode to effectively improve system scalability and maintainability.This paper includes the analysis of specific functional requirements for each module, the design, implementation and testing of the power enterprise information system. After the successful deployment of the new website system, the company can provide better IT services to its end-users, through the establishment of a stable, efficient and flexible information system.
