This paper mainly adopts thestructured design oriented thinking, the main body of the article is the analysis of the key technology, the scheme design and technology type,function realization part, taking the total structure diagram of the form ofsoftware. The system uses Myeclipse as a development tool, based on the Struts2+Hibernate+Spring framework technology, combined with the JSPlanguage, using MySql database as a background, through the B/S mode to complete the system coding work, by testing the system, the final deployment of the system is operating properly.The successful application of this system to meet the students’ needs andtime course arrangement, and to the teacher’s teaching task and the time to carry on the reasonable layout, full utilization of resource in school classroom. The use of Web technology, realizing the whole processautomatic collaborative online courses: students only in accordance with therequirements of the course setting input personal information on the computer, the course selection system is automatically generated bystudents and teachers according to the conditions set academic departments of input of the curriculum(including class time and place),teachers can view the teaching in his own account under the arrangement,can bring great convenience in the whole selection process. Both the students and teachers or educational department will save a lot of time and energy. Practice has proved that the use of online course selection system,save a lot of manpower and material resources, through the use ofcomputer’s powerful calculation function and reasonable design of algorithm,based on ensuring the safety and standardization principle, to achieve the greatest degree of utility, saving resources, and safe and efficient.
