Research And Implementation Of The Government Management System

At present, the phenomena of managing turmoil, low working efficiency, nonfeasance and administrative chaos in the government are more prominent, which seriously affected the government’s image among the masses. We have collected, for this project, lots of requirements and recommendations on the implementation of fine management through in-depth interviewing some government organs and the relevant technical staff. On this basis, this project studies from the perspective of practical needs, technical requirements, performance requirements and technical feasibility, operation feasibility and economic feasibility. This project aims to device a set of government management software system via applying the combination of B/S and C/S, as well as using ASP.NET programming technology and SQL Server 2005 database technology. The software system designed in this project will provide Government organs and leaders with a networked integrated management system platform for analyzing and making decisions. The software system is capable of achieving accurate and timely data collection, so as to realize standardization in internal management procedures for government.This project, taking procuratorial organ as an example, designs, develops and tests the daily attendance management system and administration of business systems. It has planned in detail the three function modules of system management, attendance statistics management, working conditions in the daily attendance management system; the five function modules of civil trial supervision, administrative supervision, investigative supervision, execution supervision and internal supervision in supervision and management of business system. At the same time, the project has designed in detail the conceptual data model and database tables and displayed the design and implementation of main subsystems. The system has been installed directly on the intranet of Chengde Municipal People’s Procuratorate. It has been proved that the system can meets the design requirements through several rounds of "operation- improvement". The system has the advantages of simple operation, low requirement to hardware and low cost operation and maintenance, etc. Therefore, this system really functions significantly in improving work efficiency and management level in government organs. Obviously, this system can meet the needs daily office as well as daily attendance in procuratorial organ and has strong application value.
