| From the 1990 s, with more and more enterprises submitting reports for approval of their electron components standards, lots of manpower and time have been wasted due to paper documents transfer. My institute undertakes the approval of these standards. Till now, there are up to 1000. Because of the complicated technology, it is quite normal that the electron components standards need to be revised repeatedly. Transferring these papers has greatly influenced the productive efficiency.In view of the above problems, the author will focus on the key points of the standards approval process, trying to simplify the authorization procedure and build an enterprise standard process approval system in order to achieve office automation. The main contents are as follows,1. Making surveys about the concrete needs. In order to meet the needs of approval, The author analyzes the domestic and foreign software technology and tries to improve the working efficiency by intercepting the IP addresses which are not granted and sending the standards to the auditors’ computers automatically.2. Building the top-level design. The author designs modules in order to realize different functions of the system which will receive, transfer, review, report, file the information. The main modules include security module, data-I/O module, acceptance mudule, registration mudule, authorization module, statistical module, query module, information module.3. Programming the system and realize the functions of these modules. The author uses the C# language on the basis of B/S and SQL Server 2005, using ETL to capture electronic document characters.4. The application of the software. The software can not only approve the electron components standards, in the next stage, my institute will apply it to the personnel management system or logistics management system, setting up a successful office automation system. That can help my institute improve the ability of approving standards and service function for the industry. |
