Design And Implementation Of Suzhou Industrial Park Reception Management System

Suzhou industrial park reception office is belonging to the Suzhou industrial park government. Along with the deepening of the urbanization of Suzhou, visitors who come to Suzhou put forward higher requirements for the fluency, the ability of remote control, affinity of the interface and diversity of functions of the remote reception.This system need to solve the questions such as how to let the guests have a panoramic view of the destination in advance as well as scan relevant information from the Internet,how to book relevant Restaurant,tour and sightseeing services in the place other than their own hometown, how the reception office staff grasp the dynamic needs of guests timely, effectively and accurately, to provide better service for our guests. Staff from reception office can do the honours of ourselves.This paper is aimed at the problems and requirements mentioned above by using the B/S framework as the main development framework to do the work. The system make the reception system as the main object of study and development. After studying and analysing the work of Suzhou industrial park reception office as well as a deep learning of JAVA language, MVC structure and AJAX I start my paper. First of all, this paper explains the background and significance of the development. Secondly, I compared with the present situation of research and development trend both of domestic and foreign. And then I do the comment to the main object of this paper and Organizational structure. Thirdly, I elaborates on the business processes and analyse the functions of system. These functions include receiving a higher level’s call or circular,making guests forecast, guests approval, entry of information of guests and reception management. Based on the analysis of demand, the paper elaborates on the design of servicesystemof the Industrial Park reception management system. The main contents include: guest management, guest forecast, guest reception plan, schedule management, housing management, meeting management and visiting management.Next one is the database design. I give a descriptionbased on the implementation of the main modules of the reception system. Finally, I put forward a summary and prospect for the reception system. This system develops for the Suzhou industrial park reception office. It will provide the reception office a higher efficiency for reception of guests, reduce the pressure of the officers, makea better image and a further development for Suzhou.
