Use MapInfo, Surfer technical display real-time dynamic curve analysis, dynamic rendering automatic station meteorological elements graph, bar graph, realize to map overlay display.This thesis analyzed the meteorological elements abnormal alarm mechanism, hazardous weather alarm to alert the appropriate query the user’s attention to weather conditions. Analysis of mixed programming skills Microsoft Visual Basic, MapInfo, Surfer and Office suite, designed to build the main model system to complete GIS-based weather data with Surfer integrated query system design and implementation.Faced by users of the system is different, for better query results presented to the user, provide a different query methods, such as desktop display, picture output, web, WeiBo, Weixin publishing. Allows users to query the weather information really want, so that decision-making levels better grasp of meteorological information to provide better basis for decision making disaster prevention and mitigation, and truly serve the people.
