Excellent course building is an important part of teaching quality and teaching reform project in a high school. Excellent courses are demonstration courses characterized with first-class teachers, first-class teaching contents, first-class teaching methods, first-class teaching materials and first-class teaching management.The primary outcome of quality course’s construction in higher college is quality course site, but the foothold of most the existing quality course construction site is a teacher, and no student-centered. Neither does it have deficiencies in the teacher-student interaction, communication and independent learning among students, nor to build the bridge between enterprises and schools, enterprises and students, and lacking in considering students’ future employment and growth.This paper uses a technology to develop JAVA WEB quality course website, which is available for teachers to upload teaching resources; students to self-study courses on quality sites; companies to post jobs on the website. Meanwhile students can also submit their resume to participate in recruitment. Courses website also provides students with communication forum to facilitate the exchange of students. In conclusion, this study should form a good forum for students in learning, communication, employment.Research of this topic will play a catalytic role in the existing quality course construction. Through the learning of quality course platform in higher vocational colleges, it’s service to the teaching and inspires students to learn actively, promote students’ employment.The system adopts the development tools of MyEclipse, chooses MySql as a back-end database, using the three integrated development framework Struts2 + Spring3 + Hibernate3(SSH framework), Strurts2 completes MVC development model, Hibernate3 for persistence ORM technology to complete the preparation, Spring3 completes AOP framework program and dependency injection, and uses Tomcat as a Web server.In this paper, the specific design using MVC development model, software strictly divided into four structures, view layer, control layer, service layer, data access layer, where the service layer and data access layer is divided into the interface layer and implementation layer, achieving oriented programming interface. This layered structure ensures flexibility of software development, scalability and maintainability. The test results of the system show that the research and development of excellent course website can meet the needs of the school, help to achieve the desired goal. Therefore the system can be put into use.
