The Design And Implementation Of The School Supermarket Management System Based On ASP.NET

Currently, as an important part of campus retail format, university supermarkets stay in the stage where campus retail business enters rapid development track, and its function in the development of campus economy is increasingly obvious. Almost all domestic universities have their own campus networks. Hence, to incorporate the management of campus universities into network management system, realize the actual business requirements and enhance the management level as well as work efficiency is of great practical significance.The management system of the supermarket is developed based on.NET three-tier architecture and B/S module. The system is divided into four modules: entity module, database management module, backstage administration module and front administration module. This system mainly faces administrators and student users, which can realize five functions including goods management of replenishment and return, stock information management, sales information management, commodity information management and comprehensive information management. This system does not require high standards in hardware environment, whereas it should have clear module, friendly and beautiful interface design and easy operation procedures; besides, the system must be convenient and practical, which is safe for data storage.The campus supermarket management system developed in this paper serves modern business practical training center of Guangxi Technological College of Machinery and Electricity. The paper firstly introduces the background of this development as well as international and domestic development status, in order to draw out the purpose and significance of this study; secondly, the paper analyzes the application of three-tier architecture design mode and AJAX technology in this system; then, starting from practical survey, the paper conducts demand analysis and performance analysis on this system, gets the function design and database design of the system, and carefully designs and realizes this system via Visual Studio development platform, SQL Server database management system, C# development language, ASP.NET etc.; finally, after initial test, this system basically meets the design requirements.With the construction of national advanced higher vocational college and digital campus, this supermarket management system is established based on modern business practical training center and information resources of campus. The system operates well in campus network up to now, and is in its practical trial stage in modern business practical training center. In the future, the functions of the system will be further improved according to the needs of supermarket’s actual business.
