As Chinese financial market being gradually open, its related businesses grow rapidly in recent years. Accordingly, the businesses become growingly complex, due to the diversification and customization of their products and services. At the same time, due to the drastic fluctuation of interest and exchange rates, many national regulations financial workers have to obey. The international business conventions that have to be followed in our business counterpart’s native countries, and the myriad businesses and their volatility, background operations and regulatory are challenged seriously. The traditional manual operations are not able to cope with this challenge. Therefore, electronic processing of financial market business becomes a trend, which play last impacts to the market, and expanding the width and breadth of the financial businesses, which are carried out by financial institutions, mainly commercial banks. The system designed in this thesis has practical values in promoting internal regulatory, risk-control, efficiency, and competitiveness of commercial banks.In this thesis, we try to build a transaction verification risk-management system for the financial market businesses, based on the characteristics of trading-verification in the market and in compliance with commercial banks typical risk-management strategies. The purpose of the system is to help expand bank financial trading businesses and to proactively predict the risk and provide reasonable strategies accordingly. In particular, commercial banks face huge risk in the products of financial derivatives. It is therefore necessary to establish promptly management systems for transaction verification promptly, based on relevant regulations and the global trend in the development of financial businesses. This will reduce the risk of manual operation to the largest extent, and also improve the management capacity of transaction verification of commercial banks.As the WEB technology matures, the B/S framework receives wider and wider applications. In this thesis, we apply the WEB technology into commercial banks’ formal transaction management systems, based on the WEB technology’s security, expandability, and real-time. According to customer’s requirements, we first create a database, and then build the system from the existing mature framework of J2 EE, and finally deliver the system to our customer with a browser-based GUI. The system is a software implementation of various modules of commercial banks’ transaction verification management systems, including account creation, account transaction, transaction certificate, account authorization, and others. Among them, the transaction certificate module plays a key role of connecting other modules.
