Development And Design Of Network Technology Professional English Micro-reading Site

English reading has always been a difficult issue in face of many Network practitioners and professional students in the Network Technology. Focusing on this problem, this paper explores how to use information technology to help a wide range of Network practitioners and professional students engaging in the network technology to quickly and effectively improve the ability of reading professional English, so that readers can easily and happily read, as well as gradually and solidly improving the professional English reading skills.Through demand analysis, algorithm research, systematic design and encoding, this paper designs algorithm and system architecture in terms of three core applications, namely the applications of English new word statistics and analysis, intelligence gathering of reading data, and the Ebbinghaus Forgetting Curve in English reading. Relying on Ruby on Rails development framework, the Web system is developed. Mobile internet and smartphone technology are used to improve the availability of the Web system, and improve the professional English reading efficiency of readers.The main content of the core objectives of this design is to push reading passages that are in line with the learning foundation of learners based on English vocabulary of readers in order to help them sustainably and effectively carry out English reading regarding network technology, which helps learners enhance their professional English reading ability solidly, effectively and interestingly.The system architecture is the B/S and C/S hybrid architecture; the back end uses the Web system. By opening API interface, it has access to and exchange data with the third-party systems or platforms. The Web system is divided into six functional modules, namely user management, word list management, essay management, essay and word list comparator module and Android client.The development of the system applies a variety of technologies. The development process uses the Ruby on Rails development framework based on Ruby language, App Inventer development platform based on the Java language android platform, and the development tools use software such as Ubuntu/Vim/git/curl.
