Among the Xiamen’s 700 more enterprise in the field of construction, over 320 are foreign companies. The Engineering Construction Affairs Administration in Xiamen develops enterprise recording information system of construction in order to create an unified, open, competitive and orderly market environment;to further regulate the construction market order and ensure the engineering quality and construction safety. As the only representative from the District Construction Bureau, I participated in the whole process of development. The thesis comes as the conclusion of the related theory: analyzing information management system and current applying in electronic affairs; stating development effect of recording information system of construction enterprise and value of actual applying; producing the system resolutions; providing designing and realization of enterprise recording information system of construction and conceptual reference and actual accordance.First of all, the thesis researched requisite core techniques of enterprise recording information system of developing construction; introduced browser/Web server/the database server system structure, Java developing language, Eclipse integrated development environment and SQL Server 2008 database management system briefly. It completed requisite analysis of enterprise recording information system of construction through three aspects from overall demand overview, the system use case analysis and non-functional requisite analysis. It carries out the overall and detailed designing of major functional module of enterprise recording information system, makes representation for the database concept using stereogram and completes the physical model design of database. It makes explanation for designing and realization of registration of enterprise accounts, branch system of enterprise terminal, branch system of management, announcement check and related four module functions. Finally, it showed that system reaches the proposed target and it could be practiced into action normally through a series of testing result and operating pictures via black box text.Enterprise recording information system of construction in Xiamen city requires online registration setting up and management for enterprise qualification and construction project contracting, which can know construction enterprise status in Xiamen city on time; ensuring enterprise management effectively in field of construction in Xiamen city.
