The Design And Implementation Of Hospital Volunteer Management System Based On SMS Platform

Short message service platform(SMSP) as a very convenient way of human-computer interaction, has been widely applied to all walks of life, and was most widely used in respects of public services, advertising and marketing, customer service, et al. Interacting with SMSP, you will not be bound by time and geographical restrictions, do not need to install a client and validate identity, it is more suitable for system with great different user groups. There is wide user groups vary in hospital Volunteer Activities Management System(VEMS), including doctors, nurses, hospital employees, medical students and all kinds of patients. So the thesis will do an in-depth study of SMSP based hospital VEMS from the perspective of software engineering.This thesis firstly describes the management of Volunteer Activities from the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, proposes the system construction target, and analyzes functional requirements, interface requirements, and system non-functional requirements in details by constructional analysis method. On this basis, the global structure of system is designed, the system overall physical architecture and logical architecture diagram are supplied. Then the system is divided into different functional modules, and each functional module is completely defined based on its functionality. Next, data base of the system is designed, and the table structures of each database are presented in details. Simultaneously, the main functions of the system are designed in details by using program flow chart, including data operation module, user login, user management, volunteer registration and enrollment management, publishing activities, announcement delivering, survey release, messages sent and received, and so on.On the basis of complete system analysis and design, using the method of software engineering project management, adoption of Socket, Java programming technology of FTP and JSP web technology and under SSH framework, the expectation of hospital VEMS based on message platform is achieved. This article provides the source code of key functions, and completes the work of relevant tests and evaluation.Finally, from the background of hospital information construction and development of mobile internet, this thesis presents the next research work of VEMS: one is the integration of other hospital information systems; the other is achievement of human-computer interaction by method of mobile APP.
