At present, secure multi-party computation(SMC) is widely used in network security. Electronic voting system is based on cryptography and realized by the computer and network technology. Comparing with the traditional manual voting, electronic voting can reduce man-made factors, be fairer, safer, more efficient and more flexible. How to take the advantage of electronic voting, design a more secure, practical electronic voting scheme also becomes one of the key issues in security field now.In this thesis, the electronic vote is designed by SMC. It can provide high security and democracy during the process of voting. Along with the rapid development of the applications for e-government and e-commerce, electronic voting can achieve the voting fair, safe and flexible, also it can more quickly achieve the statistics of votes. It can reduce the time overhead and human resources consumption. Therefore, the design of electronic voting security solution has good value in application and research.The parameters involved in the electronic voting and mutual relations are studied in this thesis. It provides the theoretical support for design and implementation electronic voting schemes based on secure multi-party computation. Therefore, this thesis puts forward a new electronic voting scheme for more mass election candidates. The scheme by putting more votes into a large integer, then vote by transfer matrix sum protocol used in the sending and votes in the election results. This scheme implementation does not need to use a third party and any voter can attend.In order to verify the validity of the scheme, this thesis puts forward the electronic voting scheme for the design and implementation through the analysis of the specific needs of the existing electronic voting application. The practical operation of electronic voting system was tested and the results show that the system runs stably and accurately. The scheme has good application value, therefore, has a broad application prospect in the electronic elections.
