In the LTE uplink system, the high peak to average power ratio requires a system with a high degree of design complexity to prevent nonlinear distortion, which requires the system to have the amplifier and other devices with a large linear dynamic range, which will greatly increasing the production cost of the user terminal, increasing design complexity and weaken the battery terminal endurance, SC-FDMA system is based on the downlink OFDMA system, combining the advantages of the SC-FDE system and the OFDMA system, showing the very low peak to average power ratio which is the nature of a single carrier, the successful solution of these problems let it be the 3GPP LTE uplink multiple access solution. This review focuses on research and simulation of subcarrier allocation mode, BER performance combining with ZF, MMSE, DFE and Turbo equalization algorithm,, PAPR performance, power spectral density performance in the single carrier frequency division multiple access system on modern wireless communication systems. Specific content is organized as follows.Chapter one outlines some of the basic concepts of LTE downlink system, and gives the main contents of this article.Chapter II Introduces the technology basis of LTE uplink transfer program, SC-FDE technology, given their systems theory, and introduces several frequency domain equalization techniques, finally gives the simulation results of SC-FDE system with frequency domain equalization algorithm. The third chapter mainly introduces the principle of SC-FDMA system based on the SC-FDE system, introduced three SC-FDMA allocation model, and details introduces BIFDMA(block interleaved frequency division multiple access) technology which has the high flexibility, simulate the impact of the number of users, number of subcarriers per block, degree of intertwined on BER, gives the BER simulation performance of the single-carrier frequency division multiple access system combining with ZF, MMSE, DFE and Turbo equalization algorithm, and finally gives the system principles and performance simulation of two methods in LFDMA hopping systems. The fourth chapter focuses on the relevant characteristics of SC-FDMA system, such as PAPR in three different distribution modes, performance simulation of plus offset, and references N-continuous technology to SC-FDMA system successfully, give the simulation results of optimized PSD performance and BER performance. The final chapter of the paper is a summary of the full text, and pointing out the further research work what can be carried out, pointing out the possible research directions of single-carrier frequency division multiple access systems in the future.
