With the rapid development of modern information technology, the role of OA(Office Automation, referred to as OA) system in the enterprise management has become increasingly important. OA system can quickly improve office efficiency and improve the quality of office, to improve the office environment and conditions, decision support, reduce or avoid all kinds of errors and shorten office processing cycle, improve the scientific level of management and decision making.The UTAC(Chengdu) Company production plan at the beginning of the construction work primarily via phone and document, resulting in inefficient office and waste of resources, then we need to improve working methods and enhance efficiency via the office automation system. In this case, how to achieve an efficient modern office automation systems research became an important job of the company’s IT department.In this THESIS, to use the software engineering methodology, based on the actual request of UTAC semiconductor(Chengdu) Company,discussed and implemented an OA system based on the lightweight J2 EE framework. This THESIS including the following main contents:1. For UTAC(Chengdu) Company special production system requirements, proposed OA system design ideas and development solution.2. Studied UTAC(Chengdu) Company’s production business requirements, to achieve the main system functions:user and role management, customer information management, product information management, customer order management, wafer inventory management, production order management.3. Design and implementation the UTAC(Chengdu) Company manufactory planning OA system.The OA system has been put into production which system is implement via research methods and design in this THESIS, and meet with UTAC(Chengdu) company’s actual request. Its show that the scheme,in this THESIS, is feasible and effective.
