Nowadays, J2EE has become a mainstream software developing platform which has applied to the development of huge complex information management system. However, when it comes to some simple information system such as CRM, it is a heavy job for Enterprise or programmer that develops system by the usage of complicated J2EE architecture. The two-tier's enterprise information system based on JSP plus JAVABEAN is unable to meet the requirements of the business expansion on internet. And this research is aimed to establish a multi-tier distributing Customer Relationship Management information system which is based on lightweight J2EE architecture. This thesis begins with the brief introduction of lightweight J2EE architecture, which emphasizes in discussion of the system structure of J2EE and the concepts of lightweight framework. Web tier is constructed with currently popular Struts frame technology. And in EJB tier, the business objects are constructed to realize the systemic core business logic. The model system uses a new Object-Relation Mapping frame of Hibernate to realize the Persistence Layer. Finally, we have come to the conclusion that integrating both the frame of Struts, EJB and Hibernate is favorable to achieve the Customer Relationship Management based on B/S model.Subsequently, this thesis provides detailed analyzes of the systemic functions in all the business models of CRM, and then the total design scheme is finalized. Then we present detailed design and implementation of some sub modules through the framework presented in this thesis. Finally, this article has carried on the summary, proposed this system should further consummate the work content and prospect the future work.
