J2EE has been one of the most popular technologies in developing enterpriseapplications, and because java is so open, there are many technologies and frameworksin J2EE. Especially with the appearance of the open source frameworks, more and morepeople begin to use it for application development. In this thesis, three general J2EE development frameworks, namely, the heavyframework base on EJB2.0, the lightweight framework base on POJO, and the newJ2EE framework base on EJB3.0, are examined. Their advantages and disadvantages aresummarized. Struts, Spring and Hibernate framework, are then introduced separatelyand finally integrated them into a lightweight J2EE architecture called SSH framework.Traffic offense handling system is a complex business handling system proposedby the Traffic Control Office of the Police Office, Zhejiang Province, which managesthe traffic offence events with the coverage of the whole province..
