As the development of the national economy and the expansion of China Grid, the influences of the safe operation of power grid become more and more. What’s more, requirements of the power grid operation become more complicated. In order to ensure the safe, economic and stable operation of power systems, not only the higher requirements of power dispatching automation system are needed, but also the dispatcher should master the state of the system rapidly, accurately and comprehensively. The dispatcher should also predict and analyze the running trend of power system and deal with all kinds of problems while operating. To avoid the possible chain reaction caused by the accidents, we should make full use of the monitoring and early warning ability of power grid. To meet the requirements of large power grid operation and the key projects of Chongqing Electric Power Company in 2013, we decide to study and design the intelligent management system of Power Dispatching based on C/S structure.The first chapter introduces the operation situation of dispatching automation system of Qinan company and the background and reasons of this project, analyzes the research status of the intelligent management system of Power Dispatching at home and abroad and makes sure the main problems solved by the system. The second chapter introduces the system development environment. According to the actual situation of power grid operation of Qinan company, this system adopts the SQL Server as the background database, uses C language as a core programming language and makes full use of CORBA Middleware Technology, SVG Technology, object-orientation technology, Multi-agent technology, Security protection technology to design and realize of the system’s core modules and auxiliary modules. The third chapter to the sixth chapter is the core content of this paper. It mainly introduces the functional requirements of the system, the design and implementation of function module. Also, it tests the various functions of the system which has achieved the expected design effect. The system can provide accurate information service for users of control and automation.This paper combines the standardized management system of the Power Grid Corp. it proposes that we should use the intelligent management system of Power Dispatching to optimize the power grid dispatching, unify the dispatch and management platform and improve the efficiency of the management of power dispatching.
