With synthetic aperture radar(SAR) increasingly high resolution, SAR’s information acquire ability is getting stronger. In order to effectively protect the confidentiality of our major military units, confuse enemy’s information acquisition from high-resolution SAR, finesse deception jamming has important research value. Research on deception jamming in our country today, has mainly stay on point targets deception jamming, as well as deception jamming based on low resolution target scattering distribution, which is difficult to confuse high resolution SAR. Base on fine texture target feature extraction to get high finesse target scattering distribution method for generating research, and deception jamming signal which is generated by using the high precision characteristics of the target, is the main content of this paper.Through simulation, the article analyzed basic scatters’ scattering characteristics at high frequency electromagnetic waves, on the basis of the result, the article demonstrated two scattering center model, and analyzed the significance of the parameters and performance of the two scattering center model.The article then researched the principles and performance of the extraction of scattering center characteristics based on the two scattering center models, through experiments proved the effectiveness of the scattering center model and feature extraction methods. Using MSTAR typically complex military targets image data, and on the basis of ideal scattering centers modeling and attribute scattering centers modeling, extracted the region of interest of the image data, segmented scattering center region. By estimating scattering center parameter, target’s scattering centers’ feature vectors are obtained, which will be used as deception jamming target’s feature. The two scattering centers feature extraction results were then analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages are indicated.Base on the results of scattering centers feature extraction, the article then reconstructed the target, and analyzes the similarity of the original target and the reconstructed target. Meanwhile, based on the scattering centers characteristics of the same model and same target in the neighboring azimuth, proposed a method to fit target feature at unknown angles, and then reconstructed it. For the two scattering center models reconstruction, proposed two methods to modulate deception jamming signal. At last, did the deception jamming simulation experiments.For deception jamming results evaluation, the article used image distance, relevance, geometric features and other characteristics, as well as deception jamming scattering centers target feature extraction, and then calculated the similarity of original target and deception jamming target. Finally, used target recognition system, to recognize deception jamming target image.
