The Design And Implementation Of GPS/ Beidou Navigation Terminal Based On LPC3250

With the satellite navigation application scope expanding, application market of satellite navigation in China doubled every two years. In our navigation industry, terminal equipment based on the America GPS system has occupied the absolute monopoly. According to statistics, GPS navigation system has already occupied more than 95% of the Chinese navigation industry market share. However, this also makes our navigation should be controlled by America, and there are some risks.Beidou satellite navigation and positioning system is composed of regional active 3D positioning China self-developed and communication system(CNSS). It is the third mature satellite navigation system, after GPS and GLONASS. Make full use of the Beidou navigation system of resources will become the trend of development.This paper designs the GPS/ Beidou navigation terminal based on LPC3250. in the total, According to the function, the paper gives the design requirement and design principle, plans the software and hardware structure which running the software. Nine modules principle diagram are designed, for example SDRAM、NANDFlash、LCD and so on. From the timing, layer and impedance of high-speed circuit design, the PCB design is analyzed and the rules are giving. Using software simulates the high speed circuit makes the hardware design more stable and reliable. The driver of the keyboard, the navigation module and LCD are designed. The drivers provide interface for the software. Using Visual Studio 2005, C++ and MFC as the development environment Gives the total idea and methods of the application of the software structure. The algorithm of navigation information processing are analyzed. At the end of this design is verified.With the precision improved, huge market space of Beidou satellite will be gradually opened, Beidou satellite industry will be grown explosively. In this background, it is a long time that Beidou navigation is accepted by people who has already using GPS so long time. Therefore, it has a realistic significance, researching and designing the navigation terminal with GPS and Beidou Navigation system.
