Design And Realization Of General Surgery Information Management System Based On Web

With the rapid development of science and technology, information technology, networking has penetrated into more and more industries and sectors, which also includes the country’s health care industry, the application is embodied in the hospital’s information construction, while the hospital information the core aspect is the construction of hospital information management. The surgeon general contains lots of clinical cases information, sorely needs a scientific and efficient information management system. So that, this thesis uses the C# programming technology and SQLServer2005 to develop the information management system of general surgery based on Web, at the same time, the webpage development technology, object oriented technology and database are applied to achieve the system development, the system also provide normalization data resources to future medical research. The developed system can provide the fast recording, storage, management and exporting functions according to the specific conditions. The system can provide the information of data resources of medical scientific research work for the future, and provides effective information technology and information management in modern hospital.In this thesis, through discussing with the scientific research personnel, and combining their demands for system, decided that the system adopts C# development language for software development, B/S information system development mode and SQL Server2005 as backend database management system. This thesis includes the following parts: firstly the system structure is devised though the analysis of system requirements. Secondly, the module structure is designed using the B/S data structure. And more, the system function includes interface implementation, code and database management are complied. Finally, the system is applied and tested in the period.The results show that, the surgery information management system based on C# language and the B/S model has the following characteristic: low cost, moderate scale, data and high utilization rate. Compared with previous similar management system in the function, the information management system has the characteristic of continuous record data, fast inquiring and analyzing data. This general surgery information management system improve the rate of medial information management personnel recording data and storing data, reduce the tedious degrees of data management work, make searching data become simple, meanwhile can realize medical information resources network sharing. The information management of the whole department can be more efficient. The system is based on the Web development platform, and make the management system has become the networking. Application of information management system provides more convenient and better for patients, and improve the overall level of information service in hospital.
