Ma’anshan Fire Force Theory Design And Implementation Of Learning Management Information System

Fire forces is a very specialized field, so the professional quality and ability of the fire officers and soldiers of fire agencies at all levels is particularly important. Theoretical education to the fire officers and soldiers, which enhances their level of knowledge, lays a foundation for the smooth implementation of the actual operation, so as to guarantee the fire supervision, fire fighting and rescue work, which is a necessary work. Now it is the information age, the fire force is also advancing with the times, making use of information network and computer. As a result the traditional theory of learning method is improved as well. The development of Internet technology makes the theoretical study and the technical means and the carrier of the examination has a revolutionary change. Compared with the traditional learning mode, online learning and examination has the superiority. Online learning materials and courseware have already recorded in the system, so students can login browse at anytime, and learning is not limited by time and space. Online examination can simplify the sections in the process of traditional test, such as selecting questions in advance, examining the questions, marking the paper artificially and correcting papers. If we take advantage of online examination, we only need to input the necessary information, and the rest is done by computer, which saves manpower and funds. At the same time, it puts an end to the possibility of interference test personnel, and makes the test results more objective and fair.This paper does research on demand learning management system through the theory of Ma’anshan fire forces system. We combine new style of training and learning with information technologies, using.NET. as a platform and WEB-based B/S mode as the base to build an online learning and online examinations of theoretical study management information system. The function of the system characterizes mainly as follows: the simple operation, easy use, no limit to the time and space of officers and soldiers to learn theory knowledge efficiently, convenient control for the administrators and superiors to manage the learning progress of the officers and men. The system will improve learning information management of Ma’anshan fire force theory in present situation, which has strong application value as well. The main work of this paper includes: the in-depth study of the fire forces theory in actual business process and the related information of domestic and foreign development trend of the study management, the background material which is necessary for the design of the system. It is the analysis of demand system architecture and function module, an overall structure design of the system, and description of the function of each module, the design of E-R diagram in data operation process system database, data dictionary and fire forces theory study in management information system, the detailed design of each function module that have make the main function of fire forces theory of study the management information system come true. Performance and function tests of the developed fire forces theory to study the management information system also go smoothly.
