Proper Power refers to the control of power demand through administrative measures, economic instruments, technical methods, because of the shortage of power supply, or some emergency situations, which is managed to maintain the order of power supply and stable management. With the continuous development of the economy, the effects on power system will be more and more.Based on the related documents, including data acquisition, load forecasting, power index warning and execute, we have completed the establishment of the software architecture and interface implementation. The specific work and results are as follows:Firstly, with the process of the data preparation, collection, monitoring, verification, and dissemination, we have got the of data acquisition, which is displayed by the man-machine dialogue interface;Secondly, the paper introduces the load management module, which main includes load prediction and power index warning; it also introduces the algorithm of load prediction based on load decomposition and power index warning calculation module. At last it shows the calculation process of load management module through man-machine dialogue interface;Thirdly, the paper introduces proper power execution processes, which includes the project management, parameter setting, control, effect statistical aspects show orderly execution module power using.At last, the paper introduces the process of execution modules of the proper power system and shows the effects of the system through the four aspects of the project management, parameter setting, control, effect statistical.
