The construction of Softeware Radio(SR) consists of three units, those are: the reconfiguration digital radio, adjustable radio with impedance synthesizer inside and programmable antenna system. Softeware Radio is conceived for cooperation, mutually communication and muti-modes and variable standards primly. It is the direction of future wireless communication and global signal technic, considered as the third technological revolution as well. it adopts a universal open Softeware Radio hardware stage of IF digital frame system, which converts RF signal to IF signal first, then to the baseband considering the speed limit of the A/D,D/A, DSP and FPGA. Softeware Radio has a significant se of broad application of military or public or personal communication.The core part of the project is a digital baseband processor, of which the main task includes: the improvement of the Softeware Radio, the designing of the digital hardware platform, the argument of the frame plan, the selection of the key processor, the designing of the schematic, the realizing of PCB, the test of the project, as well as compiling the bottom divers.It introduces the expansion of the Softeware Radio history, discusses the collection of the signal and more speed rate theory in this paper, especially demonstrating some uppermost formula and conclusions.The skeleton of this paper uses DSP+FPGA+GPP. Black baseband and red operation compose this whole hardware platform. It applies the TMS320C6416 of TI in DSP base board and XC2V3000 of Xilinx’s VirtexII at FPGA part. Cadence 15.5 is for the PCB plotting and schematic.It demonstrates the digital hardware based on the Softeware Radio at last by analyzing the theory combining the development of the baseband technic. The frame of GPP+FPGA+DSP is carried out by debugging and testing, so as to a digital hardware achieves.
