In daily life,the activities of personnel and the storage of materials are mainly in the indoor environment.With the rapid development of wireless communication technology and the rising popularity of intelligent mobile terminals,under the trend of Internet of Everything,people's demand for location service become more and more.With the universal deployment of WiFi devices in the global indoor environment,the indoor positioning technology based on WiFi also came into existence.The advantage of the technology is not necessary to build additional hardware equipment,high precision,low cost,low power consumption,will be one of the most potential indoor positioning technology in the future.This topic has studied the indoor positioning technology and completed the following works:Firstly,the indoor positioning technology and the indoor positioning technology based on WiFi location fingerprint were summarized and analyzed,and the necessity of the research was expounded.Second,the common methods of indoor positioning based on WiFi were introduced,summed up the advantages and disadvantages of various methods.Thirdly,for the problem that the WiFi signal in the acquisition process is greatly disturbed,the Kalman filter algorithm was used to prepack the Received Signal Strength Indication(RSSI),and the relevant parameters in the algorithm formula were taken value,made it better for the filtering process.Thus effectively reducing the environment and equipment and other factors to bring random interference,improved the availability of off-line fingerprint database and follow-up online positioning results of the accuracy.Fourth,in the online positioning phase,for the increasing of AP equipment in large-scale positioning environment,the use of the traditional K Nearest Neighbour to match the fixed fingerprints with library fingerprint,there were multiple reference points which Euclidean distance were equal,leaded to positioning accuracy is not high.For this reason,improved the KNN algorithm.Fifthly,the improved KNN algorithm was experimented,the track of the motion target was drawn.Experiments showed the effectiveness of the algorithm,and the good effect in the positioning accuracy and response time.Sixth,the platform software of the indoor positioning based on WiFi location fingerprint was developed and designed on the Android smart phone,added the Kalman filter algorithm and improved KNN matching algorithm.Through the positioning experiment of the software platform,the indoor location function based on WiFi location fingerprint was realized,and the validity of the proposed algorithm was verified.
