Machine vision technology to deal with a lot of visual information, at the same time to get the information of a large number of complex operations, existing algorithms need a certain amount of time overhead, therefore, in the high-speed lines in the application of on-line detection, machine vision is a long way to go.Based on machine vision in this paper, we design a high-speed line sheet quality automatic detection system of the key part of the CCD paper detection system. Will CCD detection technology applied in the paper, using image processing technology to paper disease were analyzed, and the paper disease of real-time image display on a computer screen, easy operation personnel in a timely manner to check the quality of the paper, so as to timely analysis of the causes of the disease paper, adoption of reasonable measures, troubleshooting,and increase the rate of the good quality of paper, help to reduce cost, improve production efficiency. The system can not only detect the paper on the general appearance of paper, such as perforation, black, white, etc., and also can detect some special paper, such as definition of the watermark.Through production verification, the detection system and its key algorithms can real-time detect the sheet in the high-speed production line of all kinds of paper diseaseproblem, and the system runs stably, can achieve the result of long running.
