According to investigation, current universities and colleges in China have lots of problems in practical training. With the increasing of graduates and improvement in demands from employer, graduates can not meet the requirements of employers. To solve this problem, we need to build a platform to strengthen the management in practical training.Computing technology has been widely used in higher education. Learner Centered Web-based learning is the present tendency. However, every college has to input a large number of resources in computer maintenance. Meanwhile they have their own network which is based on respective teaching resources, this lead to repeated network construction and duplication in investment. These problems impede teaching resources sharing, even the development of higher education.With the popularization of Cloud Computing, different college teaching resources realize unification and integration. The goal of Cloud Computing, which is constructed in the environment of Internet, is resource sharing in hardware and software. Using Cloud Computing technology, we can solve most problems we mentioned above and realize sharing of different practical training resource.JavaEE is adopted in this platform. To begin with, it has investigated and analyzed the working principles, system structure and core technology of Java EE. Furthermore, connecting with the actual requirements of training, it has summarized this platform’s business process and information process, and established the Entity Relationship Model of this platform. This system adopted the Data Presentation Layer, the Application Program Layer, the Business Logic Layer, and the Data Access Layer, which simulated a four-level design of B/S. This system, stable, security, and reliable, can not only satisfy the training requirements put forward by teachers and students, but also meet the demands of enterprises’ to their employees.The fulfillment of this system made the students’ theoretical knowledge combine with their practice and enhanced their operating ability. Of course, several functions of this platform need improving. The further investigation and development on this part of work will be made in future.
