Design And Implementation Of Cloud Call Center Platform Software For Small And Medium Enterprises

Nowadays,the rapid development of the society,enterprises rely more and more on information,and call center,as the hub between enterprises and customers,become an indispensable part of the enterprise.Every enterprise has realized the importance of call center through continuous inquiry in competition.For small and medium-sized enterprises,funds are relatively short,for some call equipment and some IT infrastructure construction and later maintenance costs are a headache for the enterprise.Combining cloud computing technology with call center can reduce site maintenance,reduce maintenance costs and create a humanized office environment.It is the only way for the development of the times,and also the result of the expectation of enterprises and users.This paper first introduces the research background,and makes some overview of the cloud call center platform,expounds the development status of the call center technology research at home and abroad,expounds the development trend of the call center,and finally puts forward the relevant solutions,and gives the implementation of the system.The development of cloud call center platform system has been explained in detail with the integration of JavaEE,SSH framework and cloud computing data storage based on Ali cloud server.In the development stage of the system,according to the related process of software engineering,the demand investigation and overall design of the cloud call center platform are carried out,and the security of the platform is fully analyzed.The corresponding solutions and detailed database design are given in the overall design.After the analysis of the system,start to implement its function.This paper mainly introduces the system of enterprise administrator module,platform administrator module,customer service module function implementation in detail,and finally completes the related work through the system test.
