Abstract/Summary:
With the development of micro-electro-mechanism system, system on chip, wireless communication and embedded technology, the mass production of low-cost, low-power, multi-functional miniature wireless sensors become possible. Thus applications of wireless sensor networks appear in more and more areas. Wireless sensor networks have advantages including large-scale network;node’s small size; self-organization;the ability of adapt to the complex environment; easy to move.Coal sequence control system is an important support system of thermal power plant.The size of coal yard is large, the belts is long, the communication of manual operation is hard.,the working conditions are poor, the dust pollution is very serious.The amount of input and output signals requiring monitoring and control is large. Combining wireless sensor networks and coal sequence control system can make up for the deficiency of original metal lines, reducing workload and cost of pre-installation, improving monitoring of facilities, improving the performance of coal sequence control system. Therefore, wireless sensor networks have great applications in coal sequence control system.This paper describes the application features and technical challenges of wireless sensor networks in industrial automation, studies the structure and organization of wireless sensor nodes for wireless sensor networks.The topology of wireless sensor networks in coal sequence control system is a long chain. This article describes the "energy hole" problem in wireless sensor network and its harm to the network lifetime.Analysis the non-uniform deployment strategies in the chain-type wireless sensor networks, and compare the network lifetime under deployment strategy uniform and non-uniform deployment strategy with simulation results.On the basis of an actual project, this paper describes coal sequence control system’s design requirements, hardware configuration, control logic, human-computer interface etc.Finally, on the basis of coal sequence control system’requirements, combining the wireless technology and traditional industrial control.This paper designs a simple application of wireless sensor networks in coal sequence control system.
