In pace with the construction of smart power grids constantly goes deeper, electrical power communication network along with the relative application systems have gotten substantial development, and it is now playing an increasingly critical role in the electricity production. By reason of the rational distribution of electrical power communication network bandwidth is primary factor for ensuring quality of service, an appropriate backbone bandwidth estimating can provide effectively support to the construction of electrical power communication network. It is on this premise that the demanding of network bandwidth estimating particularly the backbone network goes higher and higher. Due to the larger scale of electrical power communication network and complex topological structure, electrical power communication network bandwidth estimating is now facing new challenges and requirements. As a result, accurately estimating current network primary bandwidth with scientific forecasting method and reserving rational spare bandwidth will be core elements for the stable operation of electrical power communication network. Therefore the thesis will be dealt against the estimating of electrical power communication network bandwidth, basing on queuing theory modeling, combing with the method of elastic coefficient and using optimization design to achieve the rational and effective estimating of electrical power communication network bandwidth.This thesis will begin with the queuing theory modeling analysis of electrical power communication network, by analyzing the queuing theory and electrical power communication network characters,combing packet forwarding process, comprehensively formulating the queuing theory data model and frameworks, and completing the mapping relation from data service to queuing theory parameters to lay foundation of the designing optimization algorithm of electrical power communication network bandwidth estimating. Subsequently this thesis will make detail descriptions of electrical power communication network service categories and set forth relative quality requirements of services for the purpose of providing data support to the following bandwidth estimating modeling work under the consideration of service quality. Propose electrical power communication network bandwidth estimating method on the basis of ensuring quality of service to against the complexity bandwidth estimating induced by explosion of service volume.This method build the model of mix queuing theory bandwidth estimating on multi-service and estimating the basic bandwidth of service basing on analysis of transmission characteristics of multi-servicecon verging queuing theory and the service quality of electrical power communication network, then make the estimatingof overall transmission bandwidth by using the basic computing unit of service section. Finally, the the sisanalyses the optimal efficiency multi-servicecon verging bandwidth estimatingalgorithm and its implementation steps,make a digital description of the core areas of the algorithm, and carry out the data analysis of basic sample of the bandwidth estimating of business hall. The MATLAB simulations show that the algorithm that combining the requirement of quality of serviceis able to estimate the bandwidth steadily, accurately and reasonably, and have higher reliability and effectiveness.
