Research And Application Of WEB Custom Reports Based On The Open XML

With the development of informationization, the enterprise has established the corresponding information system. Report as the carrier of information browsing, saving and printing, is becoming an important part of the informationization. Obviously, make a well formed and correct composing report is the essential condition of make information system perfect. With the development of the Internet, the application of information systems also tend to be on the web, reports also mode to B/S from C/S. At present, there are some tools used to generation web report, but still cannot adapt the demand of market change, and have the problem of less customizable. In order to satisfy the needs of report style and to show beautiful and complete reports, research web custom report has important practical significance.The kind of report that user want to generate. Based on the research of the report technology, this paper summarized some report technology like VBA, third-part components, XML technology. By reading the literature found that Open XML is dedicated to the word documents processing standards. It can better meet the use for the operation of the word report and shorten development cycle of the report style.Combining with this system’s demand, based on the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages. This paper adopts the Open XML as the main technology of word report development. At the same time, this system use Microsoft’s ASP.NET technology to develop.The first content of this paper including the system’s main implementation techniques, it focuses on the Open XML and ASP.NET. The second is the system requirements analysis, general design, database design and implementation of the system. Finally is the summarized of the system, it points out the deficiency of the system and future research direction work.
