SIEMENS CNC system is SIEMENS’s automation and Drives Group products,802D;810D;840D;808D and other types are widely used. This article is mainly focus on808D.808D has a powerful system platform, which makes it possible to fit any control techniques with setting. Automatic, and Teachits are its main operating modes. Jog requires users to write G code according to the engineering drawings, and then input it to the lathe to complete the final processing. XCNC System discussed in this article aims to improve the efficiency of manual operation mode, and creat an app based on Android, which can and automatically get G code, transmit it to the CNC lathe and make design work easier. To achieve this, the author uses Android platform system and hierarchical modular design. XCNC System divides into four parts:User management and project management, The design and generation of engineering drawings, Process management and tool management, The generation of G code.User management and project management module:this mode mainly help users realize login, registration, cancellation and also the construction, delete, search edit of the project; Piece design and create a drawing module:This module is core functions of the APP. Achieve rapid design artifacts have needs, click on the screen commonly used component, setting parameters; G CodeGenerate:Drawings and data processing module in accordance with the previous generation, the automatically generated G code loaded on the interface.The first APP version of Beta has been launched in the market and gets good feedback. It can meet the basic functional requirements of users and improve their productivity. Authors and other members of the team throughout the development process are actively involved in testing, to detect errors and defects, be revised error. Currently, this APP has been handed over to Siemens Chinese Institute for further research and experimental trial. After the trial it will optimize and develop new features, then Siemens will give users this App and the whole set of solutions to help them improve the production efficiency and obtain better economic efficiency.
