Design And Implementation Of Accounting Information Management System Based On Cloud Technology

Efficient and scientific financial management is the foundation for any enterprise to survive and develop.Realizing that enterprise financial information management can be shared in a timely,accurate and full manner.Really exerting financial management functions is an urgent need for enterprises in the information age to improve their financial management system.The level of informatization can reduce costs and effectively improve the efficiency of the accounting department.Cloud computing technology can conveniently obtain computing resources such as network,storage,and services based on the actual needs of the network,and can realize the maintenance of resources through general methods,and effectively integrate and effectively use various computers and their storage resources.Based on the above background and technical foundation,this paper designs and develops a cloud-based accounting information management system for enterprises,which aims to improve the efficiency of enterprise financial management and give full play to corporate financial management functions,and promote enterprise information transformation.Thereby promoting enterprise development.This system builds an accounting information management cloud platform based on the SaaS model.Using this cloud platform,different departments or even different companies can share a set of databases and a system architecture,thereby effectively avoiding the drawbacks of traditional accounting management software.The system adopts the SaaS framework including the ORM persistence layer,and uses the IOC container management mechanism in the Spring framework for development.The application of virtualization technology in this system lies in the cloud desktop virtualization technology,the use of virtualization technology for storage integration and server integration,and at the same time,it can achieve application expansion and maximize the performance of the system.The accounting system of each regional branch of a large and medium-sized enterprise stores accounting data resources in a local resource database,and centralizes and manages the data in each region through the built information cloud platform,so as to achieve the sharing of accounting information resources and financial data.The purpose of maximizing utilization within the enterprise or group.At the same time,combined with the current relatively cuttingedge deep learning technology,applied to the enterprise accounting information management,greatly improving the system's informatization and intelligence level in financial data settlement and accounting.In terms of organizational structure,this article first briefly introduces key technologies and related concepts,and then analyzes the requirements of the system in terms of system functions and performance to clarify the main functional modules of the system.The system includes voucher management and account book management.,Report management,cashier management and system settings five subfunction modules.Then on this basis,the technical architecture design of the system is carried out,and the corresponding database design is given.In the process,web technology,B/S framework,J2EE architecture technology,JSP dynamic webpage technology,etc.are used.After the system is designed and implemented,the system has been tested for its function and performance.From the test results of system function and performance,it can be seen that the system can well meet the needs of the current enterprise financial management work,not only can improve the accounting department's ability and efficiency of corporate financial management,and enhance the corporate supervision of financial information And control,reduce the cost of human input of the enterprise,and promote the information transformation of enterprise management,thus laying the foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise.
