Recent years, with the continuous development of wireless sensor network, each industries has been experiencing a new intelligent reform. At the same time, many industries have put forward new requirement to the real-time Quality of Service of wireless sensor network. Especially in real-time monitoring domains, the real-time capability and reliability of abnormal monitoring information is an important standard to measure the effectiveness of the monitoring system. Although, the technology on the quality of service of computer network has made great progress, but because of the quite differentness between wireless sensor network and the traditional wired network and wireless broadband network, special innovative research should be made on wireless sensor network.This paper analyzes the challenges on real-time Quality of Service(QoS) security of wireless sensor network in detail, and focus on the real-time security and reliability security guarantee mechanism of QoS. In order to reduce the queuing delay—the main part of transmission delay, a real-time packet scheduling mechanism based on dynamic priority—DPRS is proposed in this paper. DPRS includes queue management mechanism and packet scheduling algorithm. On the queue management mechanism, the norm of Delay Identification is introduced in DPRS. DPRS uses emergency degree and delay property to measure the deferent delivery requirement of packets. When there is congestion occurs in senor node, DPRS drop packet from the head of the delay queue, so it can improve the real-time and success delivery ratio of packets. On the packet scheduling algorithm, DPRS schedules emergency packet in priority. But when there is no emergency packet in node queue, DPRS uses dynamic priority scheduling among queues and FCFS or LCFS scheduling in each queue according to the congestion degree. So it can guarantee the real-time of packet. On the other hand, in order to improve the reliability of remote real-time monitoring system based on wireless sensor network, this paper proposes a flexible, easy to govern, and uniform clustering deployment method of sensor node, which can be used in Sanjiangyuan remote ecological monitoring. Aiming at the relationship between deployment layer, monitoring area, the number of sensor node, the number of cluster head and the deployment cost, this paper put forward several quantitative analysis formula. In addition, in order to improve the reliability of remote monitoring system, this paper takes different redundancy optimization method to the monitoring part and transmission part of wireless sensor network and the whole monitoring system.Finally, several simulation experiment are taken is this paper, NS2 is used to simulate the proposed dynamic priority packet scheduling mechanism and Matlab is used to measure the deployment reliability optimization mechanism. Experiment results show that the two mechanism proposed in this paper can effectively improve the real-time capability of wireless sensor network and reliability of the remote real-time monitoring system.
