Business expansion---a general appellation that customers go to apply electricity until they get it.As a primary part for building a power supply relationship between customers and the power supply enterprises,Business expansion is used for developing practical plan of power supply、implementing and supervising the design、construction of the engineering,organizing the acceptance of work, signing a contract with the customer,supplying electricity 、Loading table and so on. So how to manage the Business expansion directly affect the quality and image for customer service. The countersignature of power supply scheme is an important part of the Business expansion,it’s based on the workflow technology to build up.The use of countersignature system can accelerate Electrical connection speed, generate lots of cost savings, improve customer satisfaction.This test has looked closely at the modeling tools of electronic products and network planning, at the same time, it`s comparing various development platforms detailed, according to the specific requirements of the power supply scheme countersignature to combine workflow and modularization,finally a scheme which is based on the.NET platform has achieved and approached from several perspectives.For improving scalability and maintainability of the system and reducing the coupling between the layers,it has adopted the design ideas of multilayer architecture and hierarchical service,interface of design patterns all of this created.The article discusses how to design workflow of the power supply scheme countersignature emphatically,introduces the management system and reference model of the workflow.It has approached activity network modeling tool、control library and service interface of the workflow.At last, this test approaches how to design DAL and countersignature control, the realization of the interface and key codes are given in the paper.At present the design of the power supply scheme countersignature has completed and come into service.
