With the continuous expansion of business scale, the insufficient of traditional supply chainmanagement in intelligent management, distribution of resources sharing, load balancing and otheraspects gradually begins to appear, how to solve these problems has become a hot research field ofsupply chain management software. Under the research background of supply chain purchase orderworkflow management,this paper will combines computing technology organization, workflowmanagement technology and SOA architecture model, designs a supply chain software architecturewhich based on cloud service platform. Finally, this paper builds a cloud-based resource schedulingframework and parallel-based purchase order workflow management software model.First of all, this aritcle builds a parallel-based workflow management framework of SCM, andbuilds its BPEL business process description template.Then, the article analysis the ontology andMediator/Wrapper framework and gives a Distributed heterogeneous resource sharing framework.Secondly, according to the domain engineering ideas, this article builds a functional model ofcloud based supply chain management. Then the article builds a parallel processing model of procureorder workflow, and builds a distributed resource scheduling model under the analysis of cloudcomputing resource scheduling model.Thirdly, this article combines SOA model, workflow service orchestration, distributed resourcescheduling model builds a cloud-based SCM functional model, and describes every levels of themodel in detals. Then the article uses object-oriented/component design methods combined withUML software modeling tool design the object architecture and of purchase order management.Finally, this article gives the configuration of the software development platform and operatingenvironment, and builds the component diagram of procurement management; then uses softwarearchitecture description language ACME describes the details of each component, and then givesimplementation source code of typical application.The software framework, model optimization and resource scheduling policies built in thisarticle have been applied to the development of procurement management system. Them not onlystandardize the software development process, but also improve software development efficiency andoverall performance of the software.
