Design And Implementation Of Guangzhou Public Security Bureau Website Based On Dynamic Webpage Technology

With the soaring development of computer technology, network technology is changing people’s life in its social applications such as public information, e-commerce, teaching system and governments departments. Public sectors tend to convey real-time policies through publicity slogans, important notices and so on, which, however, covers limited masses and is hard to ensure it is real-time and accurate. As portal design technology matures and progresses in function design, it benefits more areas like e-shopping, blogs, information and so on. Browsing and searching on websites and their portals greatly influence people’s life in every aspect, while dynamic webpage design ensures the information they receive is real-time, accurate and comprehensive. Thereby, effectively applying dynamic webpage design technology, one products of this technological and informational era, into governmental portals will convenience the conveyance and implementation of policies.Based on the analysis above, this thesis designs and implements the Guangzhou-based government portal website developed with JSP language on open source database MySQL by MVC model. These enhance the maintainability, scalability and stability of the system and thus realize the management of users, information and messages to improve the information releasing efficiency of Guangzhou Municipal PSB. The work of this paper is as follows: based on the needs of Guangzhou citizens, the portal websites is designed to include six modules as introduction module, user management module, recommendation module, information maintenance module, image management module and video management module, with the first five backstage management function modules and each of the six modules contains other segment functions. For example, introduction module displays instant information for common visitors, mainly including: police news, online serves, immigration service, police-with-public interactions, traffic management and fire safety. Users of the websites are divided into two parts as front-users and admin-users. Front users refer to common browsing users that can visit the websites by searching the address of Guangzhou Municipal PSB portal. Based on management authority, admin users can be further divided into system administrators, information publishing administrators, message administrators and information auditing administrators. With system testing and analyzing, function stability of the system is verified through functionality and compatibility test on each module and through network security test and data security test, the system security stability is verified. User-friendly in its interface, thee website satisfies the users during their experience and facilitates the users to learn the latest news of Guangzhou Municipal PSB timely and accurately.
