Agricultural information performs in information of three processes planning planting, cultivation and crop sales. It requires the use of sensor technology, computer network technology and data processing technology to deal with macroscopical forecast of planting, climate information gathering, production status monitoring and the processes of sale of plant products trade. Planting information system is a present hot topic in the application of information technology research which is related to network seamless networking, data communications protocol docking, sensor information collection, other multi-format data and statistical analysis, and decision-making information display and storage.This paper analyzes the present situation in Chinese farming production process, uses the results of information technology, researches and develops of the county planting information integration systems. Firstly, the county farming integrated information management system prototype is given which is adapt to the actual needs of size and function for the China farming information platform, combined with wireless sensor network technology, data processing theory, cloud computing technology and system integration technology. Secondly, wireless sensor networks is built and farming environment information detection system has been designed and developed, which has a parameter setting, monitoring environmental parameters, historical data processing and other functions to achieve crop hydrology, climate, pests and other environmental factors. Finally, Integrated farming environmental information management system has been designed and implemented, which has achieved the integration of different systems, different data protocols, different network transmission resources by integration technology to put the planting of environmental monitoring systems, pest and disease forecasting systems, yield forecasting system and emergency dispatching system integration together for integrating subsystem different information platforms, data format not unified.
